Mullinax is a 6-foot-1, 195-pound outfielder and switch hitter with an exciting blend of athleticism, raw tools and a lengthy underclass track record of hitting. Previously viewed as a potential first round pick, Mullinax’s swing backed up during the 2023 showcase season, particularly from the left side where he has a deep arm bar and struggled to consistently get on time and make contact. He might be a better hitter from the right side, and he’ll need to address some of his miss questions in order to tap into the plus raw power that he has in the tank. Mullinax has strong legs and quick-burst athleticism, accelerating in a hurry into plus-plus speed in center field. His plus arm from a long, winding arm stroke is another asset for him in the outfield. If Mullinax can rediscover the offensive form he showed as an underclassman he fits as a day one talent thanks to his electric upside and toolset. He is older for the class and committed to Georgia.
